Fire Station and The MACC Field Trip

The first field trip of the year was a lot of fun! 

We had our 1st stop at the Kahului Fire Station. There we got to listen to the fireman speak about safety tips, shoot the water hose, see real fire trucks up close, and meet all the fire fighters that were on duty that day! 

Our second stop to the MACC was really neat! We got there early and waited very patiently for the show to start. Once it did we listened to the actors tell us three stories. They were very interesting and fun to watch.

A fun treasure hunt.... the kids were asked to dig for items buried (planted) on the beach. Then, they had to sort the items found by "olden days" or "today's time"
